Big news! The Three Leaches is teaming up with Ensemble Theater Company to turn this summer into a standing ovation. We’re offering two high-octane, one-week camps that culminate in a performance your family won't forget.

Led by industry pros Amy Michelle Collins and Johanna Jaquith—who bring 20+ years of dance, voice, and acting magic to the table—your kids will dive deep into the world of theater. We don't just teach lines; we teach teamwork. Because here, collaboration is the secret sauce and the whole cast is the star!

2026 Summer Camps!

Bring On Broadway (July 27-31) is a musical theatre intensive camp. The camp focuses on learning songs and dances from a variety of Broadway shows that will be centered around a theme. It is a high energy, ensemble-focused camp that leaves everybody with toes tapping. This camp is for children ages 7 – 17 years. We give everyone the opportunity to shine as all our work culminates into a wonderful Broadway style showcase. The camp runs 8:30am to 3:30pm M-F for one week. The showcase performance will be at the end of the week after the final camp day.

Mini Musicals (July 6-10th) Are all the fun of the Musical Production Camp condensed into one week! This camp is for children ages 7 – 17 years. It is a fun-filled, jam-packed week that gives our kids a small taste of what it is like to work on a real Broadway show. Everyone gets a part, learns lines, songs and dances to bring our show together. The camp runs 8:30am to 3:30pm M-F for one week. The week will end with a free performance with simple props and costumes. This time we will be doing The Lion King!

Meet the Team

Amy Michelle Collins- Owner of ETC

Amy has over 35 years of experience in and around children’s theatre. She was resident director/choreographer for Kids Theatre West here in Denver for seven years. Before that she was a director/choreographer/teacher for the Circle Children’s Theatre and the Children’s Theater of Florida in Orlando, Florida for four years.

Amy was a permanent cast member for Timestep Players Children’s Theatre in Chicago for seven years. She has been taking various dance classes since she was 2 years old with intensive studies in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and world dance. She has an MFA in playwriting from UNLV and a BFA in Theatre Studies from Stephens College. Children’s theatre and dance are her passion!

Johanna Jaquith- Owner of ETC

Johanna has over 30 years of experience working with kids in different venues (coach, nanny, teacher, etc.). She has taught for Kidstage for over seven years including directing the second Kidstage Select production, Fearsome Pirate Frank. She worked for Kids Theatre West, for three years, directing and stage managing various summer camps.

Johanna is also a professional actress and regularly works in the Denver theater community. She also did a four year stint in Chicago where she performed as both an actress and an improviser.

Melissa Leach- Owner of TTL

Melissa has been working with kids for the last 20 years. She started her journey as an educator and stage manager for Kids Theater West, then became a special education teacher, behavior specialist, and then an assistant principal. Working with kids and creating theater are her two passions and she's thrilled to be collaborating with Amy and Johanna
